Our proprietary new distillation process removes the harmful impurities that can cause hangovers and are commonly found in cheap alcohol. All of our products are gluten-free and sodium-free. There are no added carbohydrates. Our products are smooth, pure, and delicious.

Distillation requires three things: sugar as a base for fermentation, yeast to convert the sugar to alcohol, and water. For example, vodka is made worldwide mostly from grains, corn, or potatoes. These base items are cheaper to make spirits from, but the base materials create some unpleasant flavors and harsh side-products.

Enzymes must be used to convert a starch-based mash (grains, corn, potatoes etc.) to sugar and then the the yeast consumes the sugar to make alcohol. The enzymes in this process can make side-products like acetone and acetaldehyde. Many side-products cause harm before they are eliminated by the body. We feel the impacts of hangover and inflammation.

801 molecules have been identified that are commonly present in alcoholic products. 209 of these have been identified as harmful to the body. Many of these compounds are bound to heavy metals that are best not consumed. We have a proprietary new process that removes these 209 compounds from our distilled products.

 

Our Tequila and Vodka use propriety yeast strains whose only job is to convert sugar to alcohol. The enzymes for starch conversion are not needed. Our alcohol for both Vodka and Silver Tequila have similar pure taste aesthetics.

Our water makes a difference

Water is incredibly important to us at Euphoric. We use highly purified water because San Diego and Los Angeles water analysis reveals about 1000 ppm of impurities. We need H2O, not 1000 ppm of unpleasant or toxic impurities. Typically, over 50% of a finished product is made with added water. If a company uses dirty water, their finished products are dirty too.

We tried using the best brands of purified water. We built our own water treatment plants in San Diego and Mexico. Interestingly, the untreated well water in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico was 90 PPM, while San Diego water had over 1000 PPM. Water analysis shows our treatment systems produce water with less than 1 ppm of impurities.

Euphoric uses Holstein Stills having 22 separate baffles as they rise off the distillery floor. We maximize the alcohol percentage to theoretical limits, and reduces the 209 undesirable molecules to undetectable levels.

Single Estate Grown Agave

Euphoric tequila is produced from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown at an altitude of 7000 feet above sea level in Arandas, Mexico. This Single Estate Agave is blessed with the perfect growing conditions and nutrient rich volcanic soil. The agave has an ideal environment to thrive and mature, giving our tequila a very high level of natural sugars and superbly rich flavors. The agave harvest is never rushed.

The agave used for our Silver averages 10 years of growth while for Reposado and Anejo the age ranges up to 12 years. Each harvested agave piña is then cooked using traditional slow methods to extract the rich sugars. Our estate is one of the largest in Mexico with over 5000 hectares (12,500 acres). That is about half the size of San Francisco. We have over 3.5 million plants in the ground and are planting more each year.

The Reposado and Anejo are aged a minimum of 1 and 2 years respectively, in new white oak barrels.
